I ran my first 5 K race today! It was a benefit for Integrated Immigrant and Refugee Services (IRIS). Some Elm City Vineyard folk took the prize for group costume – they came as a flock of sheep led by a shepherd. More pictures to come…

Wow, that inspires me to post more. =) I like doing it, but it always feels a bit like I’m speaking into the void… it feels more like thinking out loud, but I do it as an “exercise in thinking out loud,” as my friend, Jamie, puts it. Helps me process.
